By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Terms

Gem State Clean provides professional pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and holiday light installation services throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Gem State Clean are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Prices are subject to change if additional work, materials, or time are required beyond the original scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required before scheduling service. Full payment is due upon completion of the job unless stated otherwise in writing. Payments can be made via cash, check, or approved digital payment methods. All sales are final. Once payment is made, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

5. Service Limitations

We take care to protect your property and surroundings during service. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, paint, sealants, or finishes.
• Damage caused by weak siding, loose materials, or deteriorated structures.
• Damage resulting from improperly sealed windows, doors, or cracks.
• Electrical issues or water intrusion due to faulty construction.

Our technicians will note any visible concerns before beginning work.

6. Weather Conditions

Certain services such as roof cleaning or light installation may be delayed due to weather. Safety always comes first.
If weather prevents us from completing the service, we will promptly reschedule at the next available date.

7. Holiday Light Installation

Gem State Clean offers professional holiday and Christmas light installation using high-quality, weather-resistant materials. We install, remove, and store lights when part of a full-season package. We are not responsible for outages or damage caused by external factors such as storms, power surges, or customer-installed electrical components.

8. Property Access

The customer must provide access to the property, including gates, water sources, and electrical outlets if needed.
Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a rescheduling fee.

9. Liability and Warranties

Gem State Clean is fully licensed and insured in the State of Idaho.
We carry:

• Idaho State License (#6432949)
• $1 Million Liability Insurance

We guarantee professional workmanship and care in all services performed. However, Gem State Clean provides services “as is” and does not offer express or implied warranties regarding future performance or condition.

Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Remove fragile items, furniture, and decorations from the cleaning area.
• Ensure pets and children remain inside during service.
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage or maintenance concerns before work begins.

Failure to prepare the area as requested may affect service results or cause delays.

11. Website Use

All content on www.gemstateclean.com, including text, images, and design, is owned by Gem State Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho.
